Rates listed below represent our basic package offerings. An itemized listing of the villas amenities and services is also available. Ocassa Villa also offers you a myriad of luxury services to capstone your experience. Upon making your reservation, please indicate which exclusive services and facilities you would like included in your package as these are invoiced separately.

Please note that there is a 3 night minimum stay for the 3 bedroom and five night stay for the 4 & 5 bedroom. (7 Nights over Christmas or New Year). Special rates can be negotiated on reservations in excess of seven days outside of our holiday periods.
It is the hallmark of our Guest Policy to handle your personal information with the strictest standards of identity protection. Your personal information will be used to solely to process your booking. Please note our cancellation fees as follows:
More than 60 days prior to arrival: 100% of the gross rental
Within 60 to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of gross rental
Less than 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of gross rental
While we are always willing to accommodate our guest villa availability is the deciding factor. If during the course of your experience at Ocassa Villa you would like to extend your stay please contact your concierge immediately. Extensions of stay require a 48 hour advance notification and established rate charges are billed in the event of cancellation.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Rates are quoted in US Dollars per night unless otherwise specified. All rates include government tax and service charge.
